Privacy policy
Updated October 11, 2026 · Version 2026-10-11
This website introduces the Vivlo project and accepts waitlist signups. The app is still in development. Joining is free and does not require access to your Google account.
What we collect
We store your email, preferred plan, country, language, and answers about where your photos are, old drives, and whether you would like a conversation. We also record your signup date, email consent, and the version of this policy. We do not ask for photos, files, passwords, or payment information.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain the waitlist, acknowledge signups, announce the launch, and understand interest in Vivlo. We only invite people to a conversation if they selected that option. Launch emails depend on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data or use your answers for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
Vercel hosts this site and its functions. Signups are stored in a PostgreSQL database provided for the project. Resend receives the address and content needed to send emails. These providers may process information outside your country. Projecta Consultoria administers the database and email services for the purposes of this waitlist.
Hosting providers may keep technical access logs, such as internet addresses and timestamps, to operate and protect the website. We do not add advertising or visitor tracking tools.
Browser storage
The site stores only your Portuguese or English language preference in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. Clearing this site's local data also clears your language preference.
Your photos and Google account
This website does not access your photos or Google account. The planned app keeps photos, videos, faces, and access credentials away from Vivlo's servers. Photos travel from your device to your own Google account. You will authorize access on Google's official page; Vivlo will not ask for your password.
Use of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google information will not be used for advertising or training third-party models.
Your choices and rights
You can leave using the link in our emails or by writing to [email protected]. Leaving stops launch updates. You may use the same contact to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We may ask you to confirm your address to protect your information.
We keep data while the waitlist is active and consent is valid. After a deletion request, we remove data that we do not need to retain for legal obligations. Minimal consent or opt-out records may be retained to meet obligations and prevent unwanted messages.
Contact and changes
Projecta Consultoria is the data controller for this website. Its privacy contact is [email protected]. Material changes will be noted on this page; a new purpose requiring consent will ask for it again.
